Our drying lines hold a swinging arm and a full load of wet clothes through a single wall bracket, outdoors, through the rainy season. Seating is a gentler problem. Same steel, same expansion bolts, same people.

On a sound wall, yes. We assess the wall before fitting, exactly as we do for a drying line, and we load test before we leave.
