Product & build
Galvanised square metal pipe, roughly 2mm wall thickness, powder-coated black. Galvanising is the rust protection; the coating is a second layer on top of it.
Three to six parallel lines depending on what you order and how long the wall is. Longer runs use additional wall-mounted poles to carry the span.
It is built for Ghanaian weather, including coastal air — galvanised first, then powder-coated. That is two layers, not one.
A full wash load. Everything passes through the bracket into the wall, which is why the wall matters more than anything else.
Yes — the arm folds upward, flat against the wall. That is the whole point: it is there when the washing is and gone when it is not.
We have fitted amber, blue, green, red and orange. Tell us what you want when you order.
Walls & installation
Solid blockwork or concrete, properly plastered, no cracks through the mounting area. Not hollow render.
Not on a sound wall. We mount with expansion bolts into solid blockwork, and we check the wall before we fit anything.
We tell you at the measurement stage, before you pay, and suggest another position. If nothing works, we say so.
No. Expansion bolts only. Plugs are what fail two years later with a full load on the line.
Someone does, to let us in and to see the load test. It usually takes under an hour.
We do not sell it that way. Measurement, fabrication and fitting are one job — that is how we can stand behind the wall assessment.
Price & payment
Three parallel lines start at ₵330 and six are ₵500. Runs with three poles are ₵550 to ₵650. Installation is included in all of them.
Because there is no fixed wall. The configurations above cover most homes; anything unusual we quote after measuring.
