These terms
These terms cover work quoted and carried out by Starex Foldables GH. This document is a draft prepared for the client’s review. It is not legal advice and should be checked by a qualified adviser before launch.
Quotes
A quote covers fabrication, fittings and installation at the wall we measured. It holds for 30 days. If the wall or the span changes, the quote changes.
The wall assessment
We assess the mounting wall before fitting. If we judge a wall unsuitable we will say so and will not fit to it. This is not a refusal of service; it is the condition on which the product works at all.
Payment
Payment is on delivery — you pay when your order is delivered and installed. We accept cash and mobile money.
Installation
We fit what we build. Someone over 18 must be present to give access and witness the load test.
Warranty
Every installation carries our workmanship warranty. Damage caused by wall failure outside the mounting area, by third-party modification, or by loads beyond normal household laundry is not covered.
Relocation
We can remove and refit a unit we built at a new address, quoted as a separate job.
