Six things happen between your photo and your washing
Inspection of the area
We look at the space, the light, the traffic through it, and where the washing actually needs to hang.
Measurement
The span decides the price. We measure it properly rather than guessing from a photo.
Wall strength assessment
The most important step. Solid blockwork, sound plaster, no cracks through the mounting area.
Fabrication to your span
Cut, welded, galvanised and powder-coated in our workshop — to your wall, not to a standard size.
Delivery
We bring it. You are not collecting anything from anywhere.
Mounting, bolting & load testing
Expansion bolts into blockwork, then we hang a full load on it before we leave.
We won't mount it on a wall that can't take it
This is the step people skip, and it is the one that matters. The arm, the lines and a full load of wet clothes all pass through the bracket into your wall. If that wall is hollow render, crumbling plaster, or cracked through the mounting area, the fixing will pull out eventually — and it will take a chunk of your wall with it.

- Enough clear span for the arm to swing up
We check this at the measurement stage, before you pay anything. If your wall isn’t suitable we will say so and suggest another position. We’d rather lose the job.
We'll take it down and put it back up at the new place
Renting in Accra usually means anything you improve, you leave behind. Not this. The whole unit unbolts from the bracket and re-installs on a new wall, so the money follows you instead of staying with the landlord. We do the removal and the refit as one job — it is the same work in reverse. Tell us the new address and the new wall, and we will quote it.

About installation
Yes. The price you are quoted covers fabrication, fittings and fitting. There is no separate installation charge and no delivery fee inside Greater Accra.
Usually under an hour for a standard span, once the unit is built. The measurement visit is separate and comes first.
We tell you at the measurement stage, before any money changes hands, and we suggest another position. If nothing on the property is suitable, we say that too.
